Shock fitting
In shock-capturing methods, the governing equations of inviscid flows (i.e. Euler equations) are cast in conservation form and any shock waves or discontinuities are computed as part of the solution. Here, no special treatment is employed to take care of the shocks themselves, which is in contrast to the shock-fitting method, where shock waves are explicitly introduced in the solution using appropriate shock relations (Rankine–Hugoniot relations). The shock waves predi… WebSTEP 3. Take that measurement and divide it by the shock’s stroke, then multiply that number by 100, and you should have the percentage of sag that is currently set. For example, on a 210X55mm shock, if you were to measure 13mm of sag, that would be 23.63% sag: 13 / 55 = 0.2363 X 100 = 23.63.

WebThe steering and suspension is a complex system made up of a number of different components which connect the body of a car to the wheels. This system reduces any vibrations from uneven road surfaces, as well as allowing you to control the direction of your vehicle, making it a pretty vital car system.
